1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Product Descriptions & Samagri Purity
Shreem Aura Naturals strives to ensure all descriptions, images, weights, and ingredient specifications of our sacred samagri, brassware, and ritual items are as accurate as possible. Because our offerings are temple-grade, naturally harvested, and traditionally handcrafted (such as pure bilona ghee, botanical dhoop, and hand-cast diyas), subtle natural variations in coloration, grain, fragrance, and shape are intrinsic and expected.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as specified during checkout. Prices and promotional discounts are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Shreem Aura Naturals reserves the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
4. Ordering & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized through our payment gateway and an order confirmation email has been transmitted. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment Methods & Gateway
We accept secure digital payments processed through Razorpay, supporting Unified Payments Interface (UPI), Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and authorized Digital Wallets.
- COD Convenience Fee: For customers opting to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible, a convenience handling fee of ₹50 extra will be applied to cover logistics reconciliation.
- Weight-based Charges: Heavier items and bulk ceremonial kits may incur weight-based shipping rates due to increased transportation expenses.
- Pincode-based Charges: Shipping rates will vary depending on delivery pincodes and carrier zone classifications.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shreem Aura Naturals aims to ship products promptly through recognized domestic courier partners. Standard transit takes 3 to 5 business days, while expedited delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Shreem Aura Naturals is not responsible for transit delays caused by force majeure events, natural calamities, national holidays, or carrier disruptions.
7. Returns and Refunds
Shreem Aura Naturals does not offer returns or refunds, except in cases where products are received damaged or defective. Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by photographic or video evidence. 8. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including trademarks, brand logos, brand names, visual artwork, product photography, text descriptions, graphics, and source layout, is the exclusive property of Shreem Aura Naturals and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreem Aura Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or online services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific purchase under dispute.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, proceeding, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
11. Modification of Terms
Shreem Aura Naturals reserves the absolute right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any alterations become effective immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
