At Shreem Aura Naturals, we are committed to delivering your sacred puja samagri, ceremonial essentials, and temple-grade offerings promptly, securely, and with utmost reverence. Below are the terms and guidelines that govern our shipping and delivery processes.
1. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across all serviceable postal pincodes within India through reputable logistics and courier partners. If a specific remote pincode is temporarily unserviceable by our carrier network, our customer care team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternate delivery mode or issue a full refund.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We provide two shipping options depending on your urgency and destination pincode:
Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days (or 5 to 7 business days for remote/interior locations) after dispatch.
Priority handling with estimated transit within 1 to 3 business days to select major metro cities and regional hubs.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the order placement date. Unforeseen weather conditions, state holidays, or logistical disruptions may occasionally impact transit times.
3. Shipping Charges
- Weight-based Charges: Heavier or bulk ceremonial orders (e.g., havan samagri, brass idols, large oil cans) may incur additional weight-based courier rates.
- Pincode-based Charges: Rates vary based on geographical distance and accessibility of the delivery pincode.
- All applicable shipping charges are calculated transparently and displayed on the checkout review page prior to final payment authorization.
- For orders opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, a standard convenience handling fee of ₹50 may be applied at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are verified, packed, and handed over to courier carriers within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.
- Specialized or personalized festive puja kits may require up to 48 hours for careful assembly and ritual blessing before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email and SMS notification containing your unique consignment tracking number and a direct tracking URL. You can also monitor your live shipment progress directly from your account dashboard under My Orders.
6. Transit Packaging & Sacred Handling
Every parcel is cushioned using sustainable, biodegradable materials (such as rice-husk molds and corrugated paper wraps) to ensure fragile brass diyas, cold-pressed oils, and herbal samagri remain undamaged and moisture-free during transit.
7. Damaged Shipments & Transit Claims
